What is an ATS and why does it matter?+

Our scoring algorithm mirrors the weighted evaluation used by enterprise ATS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and Taleo. We evaluate across four categories: Skills Alignment (40%), Experience Relevance (30%), Education Fit (15%), and Formatting (15%). Scores above 70 typically indicate a strong match.

Which file formats are supported?+

We support PDF and DOCX formats up to 2MB — the two standard formats accepted by virtually all ATS systems worldwide. We recommend PDF for best formatting preservation, but DOCX works equally well.
